SEC-32 is the newest product that we developed for full automatic lab scale softgel encapsulation, this model softgel machine is the one for both lab R&D and middle trial, its also the model who can manufacture both big and small fill weight (100mg-2000mg) (another model lab scale too is suitable for fill weight bigger than 2000mg), well designed completely according to GMP. It has single phase 220V power source, currently this model is widely applicable in Pharmaceutical research institutes and key universities.

SEC-32 is applied with various types automatic control technology, simple operation, stable performance, reliable working. Whole machine adopt optimized design, complete functions and compact structure. Whole line includes one set softgel encapsulation main machine and control system, one basket tumbler dryer, one gelatin melting tank, one die roll set, one set of the capsule drying tray and trolley, (colloid mill and material preparation tank are optional, colloid mill is applicable for powder or suspension fill material), whole equipment adopt exquisite materials, completely comply with GMP requirements, whole equipment line require ground space small (2 square meters), applicable for various industries like medical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, food supplement etc.
