This independent tumbler dryer is designed and manufactured according to requirement of the China biggest transparent supplement manufacturer, its a matured high performance tumbler dryer manufactured on the basid of SEC team previous years of drying technology innovative and research. Simple design, compact structure which requires small area to place, flexible moving. It includes machine frame rack, basket rotary body, transmission mechanism, inlet and outlet.

Reducer is setup in machine frame rack, push the basket to rotate via the transmission mechanism, inlet share for softgel and dry air, dry air is blowed in during rotating process, take out water at softgel up layer by air, basket rotating the softgel turning over and air blowing circulatingly.

Comparing with standard tumbler dryer set who has several baskets connecting as a group, single batch for independent cleaning and production continuous no interruption, much higher efficient. Inlet setup location is improved, with bigger air blowing area, largely reduce the drying time.

No any screw nut inside the basket, avoid damage to softgel surface. Independent and moving separate cleaning, avoid cross infection. Its digital production, drying system combined by multi-sets of independent tumbler dryer, using PLC, VFD to set various different rotary speed and drying time to different softgel products.
