The BG softgel coating machine is mainly used in medicine and food supplement industries. Under the rotation action of the coating roller, the softgel to be coated make continuous movement in the roller. The peristaltic pump conveys the coating media to the Germany imported famous brand spray gun (durable shelf life) for spraying on the surfaces of the softgel. Under negative pressure, the inlet air handling unit supplies clean hot air to the softgel bed according to the set procedures and process parameters to dry the softgel. The hot air is discharged from the outlet air handing unit at the bottom of the layer of softgel, for coating media sprayed to softgel and rapidly form solid, dense, flat and smootht film and complete the coating operaiton.
