• Advanced servo motor control technology, it makes the softgel encapsulation machine working rotary speed increased to 6RPM.
• Left and right main shaft die roll alignment free design, if its required to adjust, it can have automatic alignment through touch screen.
• Electronic gear is adopted for medicine material filling pump, it can have automatic synchronous running with the die roll shaft, no need to change gear when changing the die roll set, different with the mechanical type machine.
• With the servo system synchronous design, makes the equipment whole noise decreased largely.
• Automatic gelatin mass feeding on spreader box by adopting clamping jacket valve, thoroughly eliminate the phenomenon of spreader box gelatin mass stoppage.
• Patent water cooling type on the gelatin ribbon, avoid the gelatin ribbon drum condensation phenomenon under high temperature and high humidity to effect the softgel forming.
• Automatic gelatin ribbon thickness measuring system and automatic filling adjusting function are optional according to customer requirements. 
• This servo system makes the machine structure simpler, less mechanical parts, process less which increases the precision, and it also makes the maintenance easier.
• Operating more stable which is better the softgel sealing than mechanical machine, mechanical is a type of vibration work, while servo is a type of electric pulse work which is much more stable.
• When operation on machine, its easier for servo system than mechanical type, especially better for new user or new start of softgel encapsulation production.
